By using Freight Pay Tracker (the "App"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.

• The App is intended for truckers and freight operators to track business-related debts, not for personal use.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. App Functionality & Limitations

The App helps track debts but does not guarantee payment collection.

You are responsible for:

• Verifying debtor details (names, amounts, due dates).

• Resolving disputes directly with debtors.
